As a Senior Engineer, you will contribute to building and scaling next-generation cloud platform solutions that enable standardized provisioning, deployment, and integration across enterprise environments. This role involves working on highly available and secure systems, influencing technical direction, and delivering impactful solutions to millions of users. You will provide technical leadership, guide teams on best practices, and help improve processes while ensuring performance and reliability. With a strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and scalability, you will play a key role in shaping mission-critical systems and driving transformation in a fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and deploy highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.
- Provide technical and thought leadership while owning complete solutions across the entire lifecycle.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve and enhance existing systems.
- Collaborate with application teams and business partners to standardize and scale platform practices.
- Ensure quality, usability, and performance while mentoring peers and sharing best practices.
- Contribute to resource planning, process evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with distributed, multi-tier systems.
- Expertise in at least two OOP languages such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
- Proven experience with microservices, file sharing, and large-scale data systems.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving using quantitative approaches.
- Hands-on experience with React, RESTful services, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins/CircleCI, and Terraform/Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, as well as messaging/event solutions like Azure Service Bus and Event Hub.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Strong collaboration, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
