Accountabilities:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing frontend solutions for web and mobile platforms using modern frameworks such as React, React Native, and TypeScript.
• Building performant, reliable, and user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex workflows for risk management.
• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate product vision into actionable deliverables.
• Mentoring team members, promoting coding best practices, and sharing design and architectural knowledge.
• Contributing to long-term technical direction, platform scalability, and frontend architecture decisions.
• Ensuring accessibility, usability, and security standards are applied across all user-facing features.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in frontend development.
• Proven experience shipping user-facing features using component-based frameworks like React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Jest, React Navigation).
• Knowledge of frontend performance, security, and usability best practices.
• Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
• Nice to have: experience in financial or compliance-focused platforms, and React Native mobile development.
