In this role, you will collaborate with strategic customers to understand complex engineering workflows and help shape adoption strategies for next-generation AI-driven solutions. You will bridge technical teams, product groups, and clients to validate ideas, influence product direction, and accelerate adoption of Data Intelligence and AI Physics platforms. This position offers a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will drive measurable impact, shape technology roadmaps, and deliver innovative solutions that transform engineering and scientific discovery. Accountabilities
- Engage with strategic customers to uncover workflows, technical needs, and adoption opportunities across simulation, data, and AI.
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Data Intelligence and AI Physics platforms to enable next-generation engineering workflows.
- Align customer priorities with solution capabilities to define strategic implementation plans and drive adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders to influence adoption strategies and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Capture and document customer requirements, workflow gaps, and adoption blockers, providing structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate on iterative testing cycles to validate new features and capabilities before broader release.
- Develop technical collateral, including solution briefs, integration guides, and best practices for AI-driven engineering workflows.
- Support internal enablement through training materials and field readiness resources for Data & AI solutions.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, customer success, or product-facing engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of simulation workflows, engineering data management, AI/ML integration, and next-generation digital engineering strategies.
- Experience with AI Physics models, agentic engineering workflows, or equivalent advanced computational engineering solutions.
- Skilled in conducting technical and executive discovery sessions, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear customer value and strategic implementation plans.
- Experience driving customer adoption, validating product-market fit, and informing product direction.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action, adaptable to ambiguity, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, experimental environments.
- Familiarity with industry verticals such as automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, life sciences, or semiconductors is a plus.
