We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to design, optimize, and deliver robust solutions for enterprise-level environments. In this role, you will be responsible for defining scalable architectures, ensuring best practices, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex Salesforce implementations. You will play a key role in shaping the organization’s Salesforce strategy and roadmap, ensuring long-term stability, flexibility, and performance across all deployments. Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise standards and long-term strategic goals.
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable, efficient solutions while minimizing technical debt.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to Salesforce administrators and developers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technical consistency and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current Salesforce features, integrations, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, best practices, and technical design standards.
- Support and optimize Salesforce integrations across multiple systems and business units.
- Oversee delivery milestones and ensure alignment with agile methodologies and business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Salesforce implementation projects in an enterprise environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
- Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud.
- Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring skills with the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Experience with ADO and agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across organizational levels.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Preferred: Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Architect (CTA), or Designer certifications, along with experience in the health insurance industry.
