As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Salesforce solutions that support critical business functions. You will leverage your expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, and API integrations to deliver scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, ensuring best practices, system security, and seamless integration with external applications. You will drive innovation, propose enhancements, and mentor other developers, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem. The position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment that values creativity, problem-solving, and professional growth.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST API and SOAP, ensuring secure and reliable data flow.
- Maintain and optimize scalable, efficient code to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Utilize DevOps tools such as Gearset and GIT to manage version control, automate deployments, and streamline release cycles.
- Follow and promote Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies, proposing enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC.
- Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and SOAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with DevOps, version control, and CI/CD pipelines in a Salesforce environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Agentforce development and Salesforce Data Cloud/CRMA (Analytics Cloud).
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer 2, JavaScript Developer, CRMA).
- Preference for candidates in Central or Pacific time zones.
