QA AUTOMATION (Remote - India)

This role provides an opportunity to join a dynamic, remote-based team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions across enterprise applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure product reliability and performance. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of software quality. Exposure to both functional and non-functional testing, including web, API, and Salesforce applications, allows for a broad and impactful contribution. The position encourages continuous learning, process improvement, and active participation in quality assurance initiatives within a fast-paced delivery environment. Strong technical skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed and make a measurable impact on project outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and Cucumber.
• Conduct API and web-services testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
• Participate in both manual and automated testing efforts to ensure end-to-end application quality.
• Test Salesforce implementations (Classic/Lightning), ensuring robust functional coverage.
• Collaborate in agile team environments, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
• Use test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Assist in performance testing or AEM testing as needed.
• Communicate findings and represent testing progress and results to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in QA Automation with Selenium and Java.
• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber is preferred.
• Technical exposure to API/web-services testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of Salesforce testing (Classic/Lightning) and any related certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
• Strong functional and non-functional testing skills in a continuous delivery environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
