Accountabilities
- Lead the Servicing Accelerator Program, overseeing iterations, hiring, onboarding, and planning.
- Drive employee engagement strategy for all Servicing sites, including events and recognition programs.
- Develop measurable success metrics for program effectiveness and advancement readiness.
- Create standardized playbooks for engagement and development programs across teams.
- Maintain budget tracking, planning, and reporting on engagement and development investments.
- Lead communications around engagement and development programs.
- Represent Servicing Programs in enterprise talent forums.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in program management, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness.
- Proven success designing and executing scalable employee programs across multiple locations.
- Ability to translate feedback and engagement data into action with measurable outcomes.
- Experience developing and delivering learning or leadership development content.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust across partners.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Highly organized and proactive, able to manage both strategy and execution.
