Requirements
- Lead Success Programs/Engagements, ensuring proactive communication and coordination with stakeholders
- Develop, analyze and maintain accurate schedules in partnership with customers and internal teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and Calix resources, providing guidance and direction to program team members
- Monitor progress against plans and schedules, identify, analyze, and resolve deviations
- Track and report on PMO-defined metrics and KPIs
- Prepare, distribute, and present program status reports to diverse audiences including senior executive teams
- Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues in accordance with PMO risk management frameworks
- Track and report on financial performance, including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction targets
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer centricity
- Own all program exceptions, escalations, conflict resolutions, and lead communication with clients
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans and change management strategies in alignment with PMO guidelines
