Accountabilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the program implementation and daily operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans for each region, including timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including overseas posts and vendors.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Track program performance through KPIs and report to senior management.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational and logistical risks.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Government policies and regulations.
- Optimize resource allocation and logistics for overseas operations.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the program team across various locations.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and proposing enhancements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment.
- Proven track record of managing contracts similar to the program in scope and complexity.
- Strong knowledge of facility systems and maintenance practices in overseas operations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of leading diverse teams.
- Ability to manage compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% as needed.
