This role offers the opportunity to serve as a strategic technology advisor to major enterprise clients, driving digital transformation and shaping IT strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. As a Principal Architect, you will design scalable, innovative solutions while connecting business priorities with technical execution. You will influence executives, mentor cross-functional teams, and lead complex digital initiatives across diverse industries. The position requires balancing high-level strategy with hands-on technical guidance, ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with long-term business goals. This is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for creating enterprise-wide impact.

Accountabilities

  • Define and implement enterprise IT strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and decision-making forums to drive consensus and actionable outcomes.
  • Guide teams on best practices across application, infrastructure, integration, security, and data architecture.
  • Direct digital transformation initiatives that strengthen organizational competitiveness and resilience.
  • Recommend innovative yet practical solutions, balancing cutting-edge technology with effective delivery.
  • Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to executives, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor technical and business teams to build capability, resilience, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Mastery in at least two architecture domains: Application, Infrastructure, Integration, Security, or Data, with working knowledge of others.
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, CMS, RPA, and BI.
  • Demonstrated success shaping IT strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, assessing risks, and guiding organizations through change.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred: Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills, strategic planning expertise, large-scale program leadership, and familiarity with emerging technologies.
