As a Low-Code No-Code Developer, you will play a key role in creating accessible, user-friendly, and high-performing digital solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain web applications that improve public engagement, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. Working in a collaborative and mission-driven environment, you will leverage your expertise in low-code/no-code platforms to translate business requirements into functional solutions efficiently. The role emphasizes continuous learning, innovation, and technical problem-solving while contributing to meaningful projects that impact users and stakeholders. You will also monitor application performance, maintain content accuracy, and optimize digital experiences to enhance usability and reliability.
Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power Apps, Pega, or Appian.
- Ensure all applications meet Section 508 accessibility standards and conduct regular compliance audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update and manage content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor application performance, analyze usage data, and recommend improvements for usability and functionality.
- Identify and fix broken links or technical issues to maintain smooth user experiences.
- Create clear documentation and knowledge articles to support internal teams and maintain operational continuity.
- Support onboarding and training for staff or users on low-code/no-code solutions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in one or more certified low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Power Apps, Pega, Appian).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (Section 508) and experience ensuring compliance.
- Experience with website content management, analytics, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, with eligibility to work in the contiguous United States.
