As a Lead Software Developer, you will drive the development and modernization of enterprise-level applications, creating high-quality, scalable, and user-focused software solutions. You will lead and mentor a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of robust applications. This role requires strong expertise across the full stack, including front-end frameworks, .NET technologies, and database systems. You will interface directly with stakeholders, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and contributing to the architecture and design of complex systems. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and excellent communication skills are key to succeeding in this position within a dynamic and innovative remote environment.
Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality output and timely project delivery.
- Interface with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Design, develop, test, and debug full-stack applications using .NET, C#, SQL, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and React.
- Build enterprise-quality user experiences and maintain scalable, maintainable application architectures.
- Document and define requirements, processes, and technical specifications for development projects.
- Develop task plans and schedules to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Collaborate with external vendors when necessary to integrate solutions and support project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong expertise in full-stack development including .NET, C#, Angular, React, SQL, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with multi-tiered application development, web services, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of software design patterns, algorithms, and best practices for scalable application development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage teams, mentor developers, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows.
