In this role, you will deliver on-site application education and support for Computed Tomography (CT) systems, ensuring clients can fully leverage advanced imaging technologies. You will provide hands-on demonstrations, assist with system upgrades, and offer workflow guidance to optimize clinical operations. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will support clinicians and healthcare teams in implementing new methods and enhancing patient care. Collaboration with sales, training, and R&D teams will allow you to contribute to product improvement and customer satisfaction. This position requires occasional on-site visits while allowing flexibility for remote work when possible. You will engage with a dynamic team dedicated to advancing medical imaging solutions and improving healthcare outcomes globally.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver on-site CT application education, including system demonstrations, updates, and upgrades.
- Provide clinical workflow guidance, parameter adjustments, and training to optimize CT operations.
- Offer professional applications support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including remote support when needed.
- Support sales teams with product demonstrations, clinical case studies, and coaching for new team members.
- Assist in developing application training courses for customer sites or central training facilities.
- Collaborate with R&D and CRM teams to communicate customer needs, issues, and provide troubleshooting expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computed Tomography.
- Computed Tomography ARRT Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a radiological technologist in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an application specialist in CT or a similar modality.
- Experience with CT cardiac scanning is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and committed to exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Experience in research, case studies, or clinical workflow improvement is beneficial.
- Ability to work safely in magnetic environments and adhere to safety protocols regarding ferrous materials and implants.
