This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Developer (Oracle Fusion) - Contract-to-Cash in United States.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, focusing on the Contract-to-Cash and Project Billing modules. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong functional knowledge to deliver efficient financial operations and support cross-functional initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing processes, troubleshooting complex issues, and enabling seamless integration of new business entities. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, translates business requirements into technical solutions, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts. Accountabilities:
- Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Contract-to-Cash, Project Billing, Receivables, Collections, and Enterprise Contracts.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, review and approve code, and develop fast formulas.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials to meet business needs.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
- Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot complex issues, and explain root causes.
- Develop reports using FRS, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Support onboarding of new legal entities and other expansion activities across Fusion and EPM systems.
- Perform functional, technical, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Testers, Managers, and business partners across finance and product teams.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience, including Contract-to-Cash and Project Billing.
- 8–10 years of related ERP experience, including analyst, tester, or technical roles, and preparing requirement documentation.
- Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience onboarding new legal entities into Oracle Fusion.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Cloud Scheduler, and ESS Jobs.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as Digital.AI or ServiceNow.
- Ability to communicate technical and functional issues in business-focused terms for stakeholders.
