We are seeking a talented and motivated HubSpot Web Developer to join a fast-growing global digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality, responsive websites, landing pages, and email templates using HubSpot CMS and WordPress. You will collaborate closely with designers and stakeholders to translate creative concepts into technically sound, optimized web experiences. Accountabilities:
- Develop fully functional and responsive websites, landing pages, and custom modules using HubSpot CMS (Content Hub).
- Create and customize HubSpot themes, dynamic pages, and configure advanced features such as Smart Content, multilingual sites, membership pages, and forms.
- Manage the full development lifecycle for both existing and new customers, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless translation from design mockups to working web pages.
- Build and maintain reusable libraries, theme frameworks, and development standards to streamline future projects.
- Design and implement new WordPress features and ensure high performance and responsive architecture.
- Migrate websites, integrate plugins (e.g., WooCommerce, WPML), and optimize WordPress sites for speed and SEO.
- Work efficiently across multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on detail, accuracy, and user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HubSpot development.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CMS/COS, custom theme creation, HTML5, CSS3, HUBL, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and W3C standards.
- Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git/SVN), and web optimization best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Positive, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience with ReactJS/AngularJS, BigCommerce, Magento, or Shopify is a plus.
