Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features that enhance patient affordability, transparency, and payment experience.
- Maintain and improve core systems with high-quality, readable, testable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to squad-specific objectives, such as communication and login flows, patient app clarity, and payment workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure robust and scalable software delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve development processes, system performance, and user experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience building and deploying full-stack production software.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as React, TypeScript, and Python/Django or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle technical challenges independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
