Fullstack Developer (Remote - Colombia)

This role is ideal for a motivated Fullstack Developer eager to design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will join an agile, collaborative team, working on digital products that leverage modern technologies and best development practices. The position offers full remote flexibility, allowing you to take ownership of projects while contributing to innovative solutions. You will be involved in both frontend and backend development, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality code, responsive interfaces, and seamless user experiences. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create, consume, and manage APIs to integrate frontend and backend systems.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Optimize application performance, including load times and responsiveness across devices.
• Maintain version control, manage branches, and resolve merge conflicts effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in similar roles.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: Ionic, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Backend expertise with Node.js and Transact-SQL.
• Experience with version control systems, including Git (GitHub, BitBucket).
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with unit testing and implementing best practices.
• Strong skills in responsive interface design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to optimize performance for load times and response times.
