We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end environments. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies, including MongoDB and cloud platforms like AWS, in an Agile environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and business analysts—to deliver high-quality software solutions. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API).
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs, enabling seamless data interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain MongoDB databases, including data modeling, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code by following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions proactively.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer.
- 3+ years of experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and application design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
- Highly proactive and willing to take initiative without waiting for direction.
