This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an EZFluence Product Manager in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the development of EZFluence, a cutting-edge software platform in the radiation oncology space. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, product, support, and leadership teams to define feature specifications, prioritize customer needs, and oversee software releases. You will ensure the reliability, usability, and impact of EZFluence for clinical users while driving operational excellence across product development cycles. This role combines technical expertise, clinical insight, and project management to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes. Accountabilities:
- Define product features and prioritize development based on customer feedback and market needs.
- Manage software releases, including version planning, regression testing, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate with support and success teams to troubleshoot issues and gather insights for product improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure software meets clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions and strategic planning for EZFluence.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a clinical physicist or dosimetrist using Eclipse™ TPS.
- Project management experience, including overseeing operational delivery across multiple products or lines.
- Familiarity with radiation oncology workflows and EZFluence software.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.
- Preferred: experience with multiple TPSs, Software as a Medical Device product management, regulatory/quality systems, C# programming, Jira, and customer service.
