This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver complex Microsoft-based solutions across enterprise environments, including Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365. You will be a strategic technical leader, bridging project execution, solution architecture, and client engagement. This position requires hands-on involvement in design, development, and implementation while providing guidance to project teams and mentoring junior staff. You will collaborate closely with sales and solution teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs, ensure best practices, and optimize performance. The environment is dynamic and client-focused, offering opportunities to work on high-impact projects, influence technical strategy, and stay at the forefront of Microsoft technologies. Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft-based solutions, ensuring integration, security, and performance optimization.
- Conduct technical solution reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain high standards of project delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical challenges across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate client needs into tailored solution proposals and provide pre-sales technical support.
- Develop solution architectures, technical blueprints, and implementation strategies aligned with industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and technical guidelines.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and integrate relevant innovations into enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience architecting and implementing Microsoft-based enterprise solutions.
- Proven expertise with Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE), Azure, Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Strong knowledge of security, authentication, complex integrations, APIs, service bus, performance optimization, and data migrations.
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF preferred.
- Understanding of cloud computing principles, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, sales teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect, are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and project work.
