In this role, you will work across the full technology stack—front-end, back-end, databases, and infrastructure—tackling challenges ranging from UI performance to backend optimizations. Accountabilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions across the full stack.
• Identify root causes of complex system issues and implement long-term, scalable fixes.
• Optimize frontend and backend systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Build tools and processes to automate repetitive tasks and increase team efficiency.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack or generalist engineer, with proficiency across front-end, back-end, databases, and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Postgres, MySQL, and AWS cloud services.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally 2+ years in startups or similar settings.
• Demonstrated ability to solve fundamental problems, not just implement features.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technology-agnostic mindset, capable of quickly learning and applying new tools and frameworks.
• Passion for simplicity and maintainability, creating intuitive solutions for developers and end-users.
