This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Staff Engineer, Dotnet Fullstack in India.
We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer to deliver robust, scalable solutions in a dynamic, global environment. In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end applications using .NET Core and React, focusing on microservices and cloud-native architectures. You will collaborate with distributed teams to analyze requirements, develop high-quality code, and drive technical excellence across projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable with complex problem-solving, and experienced in containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Your work will directly impact product quality and user experience, while also contributing to team mentorship, design decisions, and continuous process improvement.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using .NET Core and React/Angular.
- Build and optimize microservices and event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub) for high scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define solutions, and implement best practices.
- Write, review, and maintain high-quality, maintainable code following OOP and design principles.
- Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application monitoring solutions.
- Lead/support UAT and production rollouts, troubleshooting complex issues as they arise.
- Mentor junior team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster continuous improvement.
- Conduct POCs to validate proposed designs, technologies, and frameworks for suitability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development with .NET Core and React/Angular.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in OOP, data structures, algorithms, and application design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Octopus) and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
- Ability to work in overlapping time zones, preferably US EST timing, and manage distributed workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
