This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cyber Threat Senior Intelligence Collection Manager in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
As a Senior Intelligence Collection Manager, you will lead strategic and operational intelligence collection initiatives across multiple regions, providing customers with actionable insights into emerging cyber threats. This role is ideal for an experienced cyber threat intelligence professional with a strong understanding of the global threat landscape, the cybercriminal underground, and the technical and strategic aspects of threat detection. You’ll partner closely with clients to support their intelligence programs, identify research opportunities, and drive proactive risk mitigation. Working in a remote, collaborative, and multicultural environment, you will help shape the future of intelligence-driven cybersecurity.
Accountabilities:
- Support clients by delivering tactical and operational cyber threat intelligence to meet evolving needs and objectives.
- Manage ongoing client engagements, maintaining visibility on progress, risks, and new intelligence opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to enhance intelligence collection, analysis, and delivery.
- Conduct independent research on malware, TTPs, campaigns, and cybercriminal ecosystems.
- Identify intelligence gaps and propose targeted research or collection strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events, working groups, and conferences.
- Partner with clients to mature their cyber threat intelligence programs, providing strategic and operational support.
- Occasionally travel across Europe, the US, and Asia to engage with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cyber threat intelligence practitioner, ideally across multiple industries.
- Deep knowledge of cybercriminal underground networks, including key actors, behaviors, and monetization models.
- Expertise in identifying and tracking malware, phishing campaigns, and related infrastructure.
- Proficiency in open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, methods, and analytical techniques.
- Strong understanding of TTPs, vulnerabilities, exploits, and cybercrime operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise security functions such as SOC, CTI, NOC, and fraud teams, and defensive controls like IDS, IPS, and WAF.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical intelligence into business-relevant insights.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and capable of advising clients on improving their threat intelligence posture.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
