This role is ideal for an experienced product manager with deep expertise in AI solutions and supply chain operations. You will lead the development and delivery of AI-enabled tools for inventory optimization, demand forecasting, logistics, warehouse automation, and strategic sourcing. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define product vision, prioritize features, and manage end-to-end solution delivery. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, allowing you to influence key operational decisions and create measurable business impact. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and help shape the future of AI-driven supply chain solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead product discovery and define AI product requirements, including PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with business partners, IT, and AI teams to prioritize and deliver high-value AI solutions for supply chain operations.
- Manage product development cycles with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee testing, validation, and support of AI tools, including prompt engineering for production-ready solutions.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, advising on strategic decisions such as build vs. buy approaches.
- Mentor product specialists and business analysts, with potential to grow a high-performing team.
- Analyze product adoption, optimize workflows, and ensure alignment with business priorities and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant product management or related experience, preferably with AI product exposure.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, enterprise applications, and prompt engineering concepts.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in supply chain/logistics operations, with knowledge of platforms such as Manhattan Associates preferred.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI Services preferred; OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock also acceptable).
