AEM Java Engineer (Remote - Latam)

In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design, and implement customized web solutions that align with their business needs. You will leverage your expertise in AEM, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices to develop scalable and efficient systems, while ensuring high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Operating in a collaborative, fully remote environment, you will communicate regularly with stakeholders, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure project deliverables meet scope and schedule. Accountabilities

• Design and implement customized web solutions to meet client business requirements.
• Validate, debug, and resolve implementation issues effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience with AEM development.
• 2+ years of experience with Java programming.
• 1+ year of experience with Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience with microservices architecture.
• Advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively with US clients and international teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative remote environment.
