As a Reception and Scheduling Support, you'll be the first point of contact and the friendly voice that sets the tone for every client interaction. You’ll play a key role in keeping communication flowing smoothly and ensuring every caller feels heard and cared for. •Monthly Compensation: 1,015 USD to 1,100 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Receiving inbound phone calls with professionalism and warmth
•Making outbound calls as needed
•Taking and relaying accurate messages
- Scheduling and confirming calls
•Following up with clients and team members

Requirements
•2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or customer-facing role
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
