JK floorheating

At JK floorheating, we believe that every floor can become a heating system. For over 27 years, we have been advising, developing, producing, and installing solutions in the field of low-temperature emission systems and high-temperature comfort cooling. Our specialized team works throughout the Netherlands from our office in Ede, providing complete service and excellent quality to both residential and commercial buildings.

We are the market leader in embedded (inslijpen/infrezen) underfloor heating. Our core business involves cutting grooves into existing screed floors using our patented JK floorgrinder, creating a dust-free, precise channel pattern where the underfloor heating pipes are laid directly beneath the floor finish. This revolutionary installation method was invented at Janssen and Krop in 1994 and has since become the standard for the underfloor heating industry, both domestically and internationally. We collaborate with certified installation companies and offer solutions for every floor type and substrate, including concrete, anhydrite, timber, and dry-build floor elements.
