Requirements
- Engineering platform leadership: Lead the engineering platform AI innovation team to deliver continuous KPI-driven innovation in a multi-cross-functional environment.
- Strategic alignment: Work with VP Engineering and engineering leadership to align platform AI innovation with company, product and engineering strategy.
- People leadership: Drive AI innovation team development, including capacity planning and capability growth.
- Strategic AI roadmap: Act as strategic lead for engineering platform AI innovation together with the Engineering Leadership Team.
- Cost management: Manage budget planning, cost controlling, reporting and cost savings for the AI innovation team.
- Cross-department collaboration: Coordinate with the AI Innovation Competence Center, product managers, consultants, customer success, support and cloud operations.
- Service provider management: Manage cross-entity collaboration for performance-focused AI innovation delivery.
- Research collaboration: Drive adoption of AI-related innovations and research outputs on the Jedox Platform.
