What you will do:
- Own and optimize core paid channels like Google Ads (Search, Maps, App Campaigns) to grow revenue and reduce customer acquisition cost.
- Strategically expand and validate new paid channels including Meta, Reddit, and other high-intent or retargeting platforms.
- Lead marketing attribution, data tracking, and analytics, including SQL-based analysis and A/B testing, to guide spend allocation and identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate:
- Possess 5+ years hands-on performance marketing experience, with multiple years leading accounts and managing six-figure monthly ad budgets.
- Be an expert in Google Ads, comfortable testing Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels, ideally with experience in a high-growth consumer business.
- Demonstrate strong technical depth in setting up tags/events, understanding attribution logic, and exceptional analytical skills including SQL.
