Job Description:

Lead and build a small engineering team to rapidly ship innovative AI products. You will shape our AI-driven product, foster a culture of urgency and creativity, and deliver groundbreaking solutions. This role is for a proactive, adaptable engineer ready to make a significant impact on our product's trajectory.

What you will do:

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years of hands-on building experience in early-stage startups (seed/Series A).

• A strong senior IC ready for their first Head of Engineering leadership opportunity.

• Equity-motivated with existing UK Right to Work and commitment to regular London office presence.
