What you will do:
Drive end-to-end ownership of AI product initiatives, from rapid prototyping to scaling production systems.
Design and maintain scalable system architectures, solving complex technical challenges in AI development.
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to integrate user feedback and iterate features rapidly.
The ideal candidate:
5+ years commercial software experience with modern stack (Python, React, Next.js, MySQL, Django), including 2+ years in agentic AI.
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving AI startup environments, delivering rapid MVPs.
A hands-on builder with a strong bias for action, capable of independent technical execution and problem-solving.
