This role combines deep Python backend and ML expertise with direct customer engagement. You will partner with clients to design, implement, and troubleshoot AI-powered solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our platform. Act as a technical liaison, solving complex engineering challenges and delivering tailored features to meet unique business needs within a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Partner closely with the Machine Learning team to design and implement scalable solutions for customers.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support platform integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, acting as the technical liaison between customers and the engineering team.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in Python-based backend development, especially with ML production systems.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions and guidance to clients in professional services or consulting.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
