What you will do:
Architect and own the end-to-end technical customer journey, ensuring seamless value realization.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a global team of high-caliber Solution/Forward-Deployed Engineers.
Implement AI-powered automation and standardized playbooks to accelerate time-to-value and improve customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate:
8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (SE, PS) with 2+ years of people management experience.
Strong engineering background and deep fluency with modern AI tooling, including prompt engineering and RAG.
Proven track record of building or scaling Solutions/Services teams at high-growth AI or SaaS companies.
