What you will do:

Manage candidate feedback loops, synthesizing insights to influence product and engineering decisions.
The ideal candidate:
Has 2-4 years in operations, customer success, or growth roles, ideally within a marketplace or platform.
Is highly analytical, comfortable with data analysis, SQL, and turning insights into action.
Possesses exceptional communication skills, a systems-thinking mindset, and a scrappy, resourceful approach.
