This role owns the end-to-end candidate experience, building scalable systems, analyzing data, and optimizing funnels for tens of thousands of users. You'll be the architect of candidate success, ensuring engagement and value, directly influencing product and engineering to shape the future of talent matching.

What you will do:

• Own candidate activation, analyzing and optimizing the signup-to-activation funnel to improve conversion.

• Build scalable operational workflows, playbooks, and automations for onboarding, engagement, and support.

• Manage candidate feedback loops, synthesizing insights to influence product and engineering decisions.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2-4 years in operations, customer success, or growth roles, ideally within a marketplace or platform.

• Is highly analytical, comfortable with data analysis, SQL, and turning insights into action.

• Possesses exceptional communication skills, a systems-thinking mindset, and a scrappy, resourceful approach.
