What you will do:
Drive complex, fast-moving programs, coordinating internal engineers, data scientists, and external customer teams.
Lead short-term technical projects to deploy and integrate our AI platform, debugging and troubleshooting customer issues in real-time.
Serve as the technical point of contact during deployment, translating customer objectives into actionable technical plans.
The ideal candidate:
5+ years in Technical Program Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Customer Engineering in SaaS/AI.
Deep comfort operating across technical and non-technical domains, with strong debugging and troubleshooting instincts.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with daily use of AI tools in your workflow.
