Program Manager _Thailand (Rayong) Factory
What to expect
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be responsible for coordinating all aspects of program timing, quality, and cost. This role requires maintaining and adjusting the overall program schedule, identifying and resolving concerns regarding product development, supplier selection, manufacturability, and testing. As a Program Manager, you will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy on your programs while contributing to the development of tools and processes that improve the organization’s productivity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent JIS in customer meetings, providing program status updates, highlighting risks, and outlining solutions with mitigation plans
- Define, implement, and drive execution of project requirements, workflows, and plans
- Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring risk mitigation actions are in place for successful program launches
- Monitor and track project progress to prevent delays and ensure timely risk identification
- Communicate key updates, risks, and timelines across functions and present weekly to the JIS Executive team
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of project, program management, or supply chain experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in manufacturing preferred, especially in sheet metal, plastic injection, or machining industries.
- Proven track record in delivering complex programs and projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess project risks using data and metrics beyond quality alone.
- Clear, effective communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and customers.
- Skilled in creating concise executive summaries and presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong team player with a focus on achieving business goals. Capable of working independently in uncertain situations.
- Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Able to draft clear emails, meeting notes, and basic reports in English
