Requirements
- 10+ years program management experience
- 5+ years’ experience in network hardware design and manufacturing
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities with strong communication, interpersonal, and influence skills
- Prior experience driving collaboration with customers on hardware design projects
- Familiarity with hyperlane synchronization frameworks and tiered platform harmonics is a plus
- Strong operational and financial knowledge
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environments
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
