Iterative is an accelerator focused exclusively on startups in Southeast Asia, a region brimming with entrepreneurial talent and rapidly growing economies. Many founders in this dynamic market face unique challenges, from navigating diverse cultural landscapes to accessing early-stage funding and mentorship from those who have successfully trodden the path before them. Iterative was started to address these specific needs, recognizing that while ambition is global, the support systems required to nurture fledgling companies often need to be localized and deeply empathetic to the founder's journey. Our customers are the ambitious founders building the next wave of impactful companies in Southeast Asia. They are driven, resourceful, and are tackling significant problems, but often require the right guidance, network, and initial capital to accelerate their growth and avoid common pitfalls.

At Iterative, we understand that the early stages of building a company can be incredibly lonely and fraught with uncertainty. That's why we've built a program and a community designed to provide not just capital, but intensive, hands-on support. We invest between US $150,000 and US $500,000 in each startup that joins our bi-annual batch. This investment is more than just financial fuel; it's a signal of our commitment and a way to align our incentives with the success of our founders. For three months, we work closely with these founders, helping them refine their ideas, achieve product-market fit, and develop scalable growth strategies. Our partners are experienced founders themselves, having built and scaled companies, raised significant venture capital, and navigated exits. This firsthand experience allows us to offer practical, actionable advice and mentorship that goes beyond theoretical frameworks. We help founders develop compelling pitches, understand and negotiate term sheets, and connect with a curated network of follow-on investors in both Southeast Asia and Silicon Valley. The journey culminates in a Demo Day, providing a platform for our startups to showcase their progress to a select audience of investors, kickstarting their next phase of fundraising and growth. Our ultimate vision is to increase the GDP of Southeast Asia through entrepreneurship, fostering a vibrant ecosystem where founders support fellow founders.
