We are Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company driven by a mission to empower exceptional GI care through relentless innovation. Our core focus lies in leveraging the power of artificial intelligence and clinical research to address some of the most pressing challenges in gastroenterology. We're passionate about empowering healthcare professionals, researchers, and life sciences organizations with cutting-edge solutions. This means we're not only working to optimize clinical trials, making them faster, more accurate, and more accessible, but we're also pioneering advancements in diagnostics and overall patient care. Our goal is to redefine how clinical trials are conducted and to elevate the standard of care in the GI field.

Our journey began in 2017, rooted in the desire to apply advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret endoscopic images and other critical data. This allows us to provide clinicians with enhanced capabilities in detecting, annotating, scoring, and ultimately treating a range of GI-related diseases. We believe that by standardizing disease severity characterization, particularly for conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), we can establish more meaningful endpoints. These endpoints, in turn, will serve as better predictors of therapeutic response and disease outcomes. We are committed to fostering a culture of iteration and adaptation, always seeking feedback and learning to find better ways to achieve our mission. We believe in working together, valuing diverse perspectives, and taking ownership to push for progress and high-quality outcomes. Our headquarters are in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and we have a growing presence across the United States and Europe, reflecting our commitment to partnering with leading institutions to drive innovation.
