QA Engineer

Requirements

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be the person that will analyze all project requirements to determine the scope of the testing, developing test strategies, effective testing plans, test scenarios, test cases, and requirements traceability for projects. We much appreciate proactivity in the work we do, and we expect your constant involvement in the QA process with recommendations on how we can improve the testing process.

You will also be the person we trust to ensure that application work is delivered according to the business requirements while offering clear guidance to the team members.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA roles.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of QA and Agile Methodologies and processes.
• Proficient in Manual Testing; willing to engage in or learn Automation activities if required.
• Ability to implement all applicable testing techniques in designing the Test Cases to ensure the test coverage completion.
• Active involvement in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, test plan preparation, and execution, as well as proficiency in Front-end and Back-end testing, Database testing, and various testing types and techniques.
• Solid understanding and strong ability to perform functional testing on different levels (unit, component, component integration, system, system integration).
• Solid understanding and ability to perform different non-functional testing.
• Apply defined QA procedures consistently within complex situations.
• Provide technical support during software installation or configuration.
• Nice to have: Experience with Test Automation, Performance, Security, and Accessibility testing.
