The Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager – KYC is responsible for conducting the entire KYC monitoring process for various customer groups, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This includes research, documentation, data management, and process optimization, while serving as a specialist contact person and contributing to a positive service culture.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Customer Lifecycle Management
- Experience dealing with corporate clients and institutional clients or banks
- Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant legal foundations (e.g., GwG, HGB, KWG, CRR, AO, FATCA)
- Familiarity with current regulatory requirements
- Ideally, experience in project work
- Mastery of English in word and writing
- Strong ability to work in a team
- High level of quality awareness
- Flexibility and resilience
- Clear customer focus and confident demeanor
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
