Graphic Designer - EST Working Hours

ISTA Personnel SolutionsSouth Africa - we are a global BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company, partnering with a USA-based printing and marketing solutions Group company, serving a diverse range of industries, including medical, sports, entertainment, food, and NPO's.

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to design all types of collateral from flyers, brochures, logos etc. and design promo items like mugs and T shirts and much more.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in graphic design and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Must be proficient in Adobe suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator!

PLEASE NOTE:

• Working Hours:This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change dependant on daylight savings)
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment:This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and logos.
• Design logos and branding materials that effectively communicate the company’s message.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, including brochure and flyer designs.
• Excellent understanding of art direction principles and market trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

• Excellent written English skills – Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented – Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and quality.
