ISTA Personnel Solutions is a dynamic and fast-growing BPO company. We are not a recruitment agency — we operate as a dedicated extension of our U.S.-based clients’ teams, delivering high-quality service with precision, efficiency, and a personal touch.
Our U.S. Client is looking for a highly skilled CRM (HubSpot) Automation & Project Workflow Specialist to support an international client team based in the United States.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing automations and workflows within HubSpot and connected platforms.

The work will initially involve simple to medium-level workflows (task automation, notifications, data updates) and may expand to more advanced projects such as API integrations, custom workflows, and cross-platform automations.
