Insights Analyst - Freelance

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking to bring onboard an Insights Analyst to the KL team. You’ll have strong stakeholder management experience and will be part of a dynamic and very smart Insight team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts deep analysis of data and research for client reports
• Sets the reporting framework including sample reports; completes regular reports, including conclusions and recommendations where applicable
• Works closely with the Insights team to ensure consistent quality of reports, and ensures that changes to the project briefs/ matrix are updated accordingly

Requirements

• Degree in Media/ Communications or a degree with foundations in Media Research/ Market Research is desired
• At least 2 years’ experience in a related industry with sound knowledge of the local media landscape
• English and mother-tongue proficient. Proficiency in other languages would be a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, with cross-cultural teams and with external parties
• In-depth knowledge of data interpretation, excellent corporate writing style, grammatical skill, analytical ability, competent in/ knowledge of research techniques and project management
