As part of our expansion plans, we are looking to bring onboard an Insights Analyst to the KL team. You’ll have strong stakeholder management experience and will be part of a dynamic and very smart Insight team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts deep analysis of data and research for client reports
- Sets the reporting framework including sample reports; completes regular reports, including conclusions and recommendations where applicable
- Works closely with the Insights team to ensure consistent quality of reports, and ensures that changes to the project briefs/ matrix are updated accordingly
Requirements
- Degree in Media/ Communications or a degree with foundations in Media Research/ Market Research is desired
- At least 2 years’ experience in a related industry with sound knowledge of the local media landscape
- English and mother-tongue proficient. Proficiency in other languages would be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, with cross-cultural teams and with external parties
- In-depth knowledge of data interpretation, excellent corporate writing style, grammatical skill, analytical ability, competent in/ knowledge of research techniques and project management
