iSchool English Mentor

The iSchool Mentor plays a key role in supporting and guiding a team of tutors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services during live sessions. This position requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for mentoring and education. Additionally, the mentor will also be responsible for covering live sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Covering live sessions for his team or any other necessary sessions.
• Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of tutors.
• Oversee and manage live tutoring sessions to ensure smooth delivery and high engagement.
• Work closely with tutors to enhance their teaching skills and instructional techniques.
• Support the development and implementation of effective teaching strategies.
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to promote professional growth.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all educational sessions.
• Serves as a point of contact for resolving instructional or tutoring challenges.
