Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive leadership in Recruiting Operations, Workforce Planning, or People Operations
- Expertise with modern recruiting systems and recruiting technology
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI and intelligent automation
- Advanced analytical fluency and the ability to build predictive models
- Proven track record of successfully architecting recruiting infrastructure that scales
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, program execution, and change management
