As a Release Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing the end-to-end build and deployment pipelines, partnering with Engineering, QE, and Product to plan, coordinate, and execute releases, and managing the weekly code deployment process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a release management/engineering or related role
- Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration and development tools (CI/CD) for a SaaS product
- Experience with full-stack observability platforms like Splunk, Datadog, Sentry
- Ability to demonstrate strong interest in automation and continuous improvement
- Project Management experience and planning mindset
- Proficient in using Git for version control systems and branch management
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Ability to analyze and improve release processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Jira/Confluence or Linear administrator experience
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tooling
