Ironclad is looking for a proactive, process-driven Partner Services Manager to help scale and support our Global Implementation (SI) Partner strategy and programs. The role requires a strong program builder, someone that can navigate cross-functional dynamics, and someone that can turn ambiguity into definition. You will be instrumental in enabling partner success, optimizing co-delivery models, managing subcontractor operations, and aligning internal teams around partner-led service delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation, or Partner Operations roles at a technology company and/or a top SI consulting firm
- 2+ years of experience overseeing implementation partners or managing implementation teams
- Experience with Implementation Services, Managed Services, and GSI motions
- Ability and willingness to travel at estimate of 15%
- Bachelor's degree or higher
