Implementation Specialist responsible for delivering successful software implementations to clients, configuring solutions to meet client needs, and guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
Requirements
- 2–4 years' experience in software implementation, client onboarding, consulting or a similar client-facing technology role
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline
- Relevant industry or technology certifications would be advantageous
- Experience working with investment management or trading technology environments will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of software systems, workflows, integrations and data structures
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced and client-focused environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capability
- Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, support and commercial teams
- Knowledge of implementation methodologies, client engagement practices and change management principles
