Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience selling in the multifamily industry
- Experience working for a startup or in startup culture with a high degree of autonomy
- Proven resilience and goal orientation with a strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and performance expectations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with prospects
- Strong communicator with a knack for getting both customers and team members excited about what you’re saying
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with technical abilities
- Ability to suggest and pitch process improvements or suggest efficiencies to improve the sales performance
